By downloading, installing, or using the HappyLearnNumber application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

HappyLearnNumber is an educational mobile application designed to help children ages 3-6 learn numbers through interactive games and activities. The App includes:

• Free educational mini-games
• Premium games available through subscription
• Reward system with stars and stickers
• Voice guidance and sound effects

3. User Eligibility

HappyLearnNumber is designed for children. By using this App:

• Parents/guardians consent to their child's use of the App
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use
• Any purchases must be authorized by a parent/guardian

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers optional premium content through subscriptions:

• Monthly Subscription: Automatically renews each month
• Yearly Subscription: Automatically renews each year

Subscription details:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

5. Intellectual Property

All content in HappyLearnNumber, including but not limited to:

• Graphics and animations
• Sound effects and music
• Game designs and mechanics
• Text and educational content

is owned by HappyLearnNumber and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended educational purpose. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute or sell access to the App

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any learning outcomes or educational progress.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HappyLearnNumber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
