How do I restore my premium subscription?

If you've previously purchased a subscription, open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Unlock All Games". Your subscription will be automatically restored if linked to your Apple ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription: Open your device Settings > Tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions > Find HappyLearnNumber > Tap Cancel Subscription. Your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Why is there no sound in the app?

Check that your device is not on silent mode (check the physical switch on your iPhone/iPad). Also, open the app Settings and make sure "Voice & Sounds" is turned on.

How do I reset my child's progress?

To reset all progress, simply uninstall and reinstall the app. All game data, stars, and stickers will be reset to start fresh.

Does the app work offline?

Yes! HappyLearnNumber works completely offline. No internet connection is required to play any of the games.

What ages is this app suitable for?

HappyLearnNumber is designed for children ages 3-6 who are learning numbers 0-9. The games progressively teach number recognition, counting, and comparison.

Are there any ads in the app?

No! HappyLearnNumber is completely ad-free to provide a safe, distraction-free learning environment for children.
